Services are provided based on information supplied by the client and subject to site inspection where required.

2. Quotations

All quotations are provided in good faith and may be subject to change if the scope of work differs from what was originally agreed,
including undisclosed items, restricted access, or hazardous materials.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed prior to commencement of work.
Outstanding balances must be settled in accordance with the agreed terms.

4. Auction & Valuation Items

Items identified as suitable for auction are assessed based on experience and market conditions.
Sale prices are not guaranteed and are subject to auction outcomes and fees where applicable.

5. Liability

We take reasonable care when providing our services.
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and does not cover indirect or consequential losses.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible.
Late cancellations may incur costs where work or transport has already been arranged.
