1. Services
We provide house, shed, unit, probate and rubbish clearances across Cornwall, including valuation and auction of sellable items.
2. Quotes & Payment
Quotes are free and based on site visits. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. Auction proceeds (if any) reduce your bill.
3. Liability
We are fully insured. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed. Customers must remove valuables they wish to keep.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services.
